Martin "Marty" J. Herbert IV
President & CEO
Marty is an accomplished leader and strategic analyst with expertise revolutionizing accounting and business processes, prioritizing compliance and consistency. Many times, he is seen as the face of the company – he is the extrovert of the duo. Marty excels in streamlining operations, driving efficiency, and bolstering compliance and risk management evident through a track record of team leadership and delivering results. Marty has a proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor successful teams while delivering results. He has spent time as a DCAA auditor, compliance officer, accounting manager and director, product manager, and professional services leader.

Marty possesses a Masters degree in Accounting and professional certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds a Deltek Pro Bookkeeper certification. Marty is an Eagle Scout and Wood Badge Bobwhite.

Jessica A. Herbert
Chairwoman, CFO & CTO
Jessica is the master at analysis and insight around your accounting information and data systems. As the company’s primary owner, she incorporates the back office finance and technical accounting solutions for HI&I. She has transformed more accounting systems than she can remember and knows the ins and outs of the GovCon industry through the lens of Deltek Costpoint and datasets. Jessica has a track record of success teaching, leading, and delivering project success. She has been a database consultant and specialist, integration solution architect, technical accounting director, and a system architect.
